Information you choose to share

The free color starting-point guide may collect your first name, email address, quiz result, and whether you asked to receive occasional color and style notes. This information is stored in Embody Elegance's private Firebase database and is accessible only to Barbara's authorized account. If you reserve a consultation, the appointment service may also collect scheduling and payment details directly from you.

How information is used

Barbara may use your information to provide or discuss your starting point, answer questions, deliver a consultation, and maintain the business relationship you requested. Promotional email is sent only when you opt in, and every marketing message should include a way to unsubscribe.

How information is shared

Embody Elegance does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by trusted website, email, appointment, and payment service providers only as needed to operate the business and deliver the services you request.

How long information is kept

Lead and client information is kept only as long as it remains useful for the purpose it was collected, required for business records, or legally necessary. Records that are no longer needed should be deleted securely.

Your choices

You may ask what information Embody Elegance has about you, update it, withdraw marketing consent, or request deletion by emailing barb@embody-elegance.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect an appointment or service you already requested.
